Book synopsis

Samantha Erdle finds out three weeks before her 18th birthday that she is going to have a baby. Finding the strenth she needs she tells her parents and boyfriend. Finding no support from either source she contemplates what she will do. Making the biggest decision of her young life, she waits until the day after her birthday to pack her car with everything she owns. Not sure where she is going, she drives until something pulls at her.

Finding a small town along the coast of New Jersey Samantha is sure she's found her new home. All she wants is a small town to raise her son, someplace they would both be safe. The town of Aaronsville, New Jersey seems to have everything she is looking for. Tree lined streets, a downtown area that still bustles with activity and the ocean.

When the extremely handsome Gabe Carlise shows up on her doorstep, she finds she has an instant attraction to him. Nevertheless, she is looking for a friend, nothing more. Gabe also feels the attraction and falls in love with her almost immdiately. Giving her friendship and room he waits, hoping that she will feel the same as he, and if she doesn't he will use whatever means necessary to bring her around to his way of thinking.

Join Samantha and Gabe, on the journey of life. Each will need to face thier own demons before they will be able to have a rock solid relationship.
